• L'orateur énumère les corrections qui doivent être apportées à la version anglaise du projet de convention qui consistent à supprimer au paragraphe 1, b) ii) de l'article 2, l'article « the » avant « sovereign authority », le paragraphe 2, b) iii) de l'article 11, devant se lire comme suit : « A member of the diplomatic staff of permanent missions to an international organization, of a special mission, or is recruited to represent a State at an international conference », à remplacer aux paragraphes c) et d) de l'article 11, le terme « subject » par le mot « subject-matter », le mot « subject-matter » devant être remplacé par « subject-matter » au paragraphe f) du même article, à supprimer les mots « of this article » aux paragraphes 3 et 4 de l'article 27, à insérer à l'article 33, la clause finale habituelle, qui commence par la phrase « In witness thereof… » et enfin, à l'article 28, la date d'ouverture à la signature de la Convention.
  ففي المادة 2 1 ب 2 يجب حذف كلمة “the” الموجودة قبل كلمات (sovereign authority)، وفي المادة 11 2 ب 3 يكون نصها كما يلي" A member of the diplomatic staff of permanent missions to an international organization, of a special mission, or is recruited to represent a State at an international conference” وفي الفقرتين (ج) و (د) من المادة 11 ينبغي وضع عبارة “subject-matter” بدلاً من “subject matter”، وفي الفقرة و من نفس المادة ينبغي وضع عبارة “subject-matter” بدلاً من “subject matte ” وفي الفقرتين الثالثة والرابعة من المادة 27 ينبغي إلغاء الكلمات “of this article”.
